What we offer our staff

Sometimes just having access to online tips of how to help manage your situation is enough. Knowing that you are being signposted to the most effect help available can also offer comfort.

The self-help guides below are provided by our friends at Vivup.

If after working through some of the online tips you feel that you still require more help managing your situation then you can either fill out our online registration form or call the office for help with this process

Once your referral has been processed face to face counselling will allow you the space and time to help manage more effectively difficulties that you may be experiencing.

A solution focused way of settling differences. An independent registered mediator can work with the members of staff who may be struggling to resolve certain issues.
Support for teams or individuals facing or faced with distressing duties or after investigations or complaints.
Coaching is a collaborative approach, focusing on change and identifying and maintaining achievable goals and can be effective in addressing work based issues.

What happens next?

Once you have completed the online self evaluation form, we will aim to contact you within 24 hours (except for weekends or bank holidays which will be up to 72 hours).

Call backs and telephone referrals can take up to 20 mins to complete so it is important that you are able to talk confidentially for this length of time. Call backs usually happen between 10:30am and 3:30pm. During the call you will be asked for your preferred site and time to be seen at.

Please note, your flexibility with sites and times will really help us to help you.
