Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The Care Quality Commission is the health and social care regulator for England. They are responsible for inspecting and regulating health and social care services in a range of settings. The CQC has registered and therefore licensed the Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to provide services, our certificate of registration can viewed by clicking here.

Monitor Risk Ratings 

Our performance is also rated by Monitor, the independent regulator of NHS Foundation Trusts. Every quarter Monitor rate our financial and governance risks.

Financial risk is rated on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being the highest risk and 5 being the lowest. 

The governance rating is Monitor's level of concern about how the Trust is run. Governance risk is rated red, amber-red, amber-green, green.
