Transforming Care Together: share your healthcare experience

Transforming Care Together (TCT) is the name for a new partnership agreement between three NHS Trusts in the Birmingham and Black Country area:

• Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHCFT)
• Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (BCPFT)
• Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (DWMHT)

The Trusts are committed to working together to improve the care provided to our communities through our shared vision for: better services, improved choice and access and making the most efficient use of our resources to reinvest in patient care.

It is important to us that we involve people in the work we are doing. We want to understand your experience of healthcare in Birmingham and the Black Country. We also want to hear from people who do not currently use our services, but may in the future. We are holding six drop-in sessions, in each of the areas that our Trusts work in.

Please come along to one of our sessions to find out more about Transforming Care Together, and to share your experiences and opinions. You are welcome to attend any of the sessions and you can drop-in at any time. You do not need to let us know in advance. When you come along there will be refreshments, further information and our friendly team ready to talk to. If you have any questions please get in touch with us.

If you are unable to attend the sessions you can still give your feedback by completing the online form at
