Trust welcomes Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection

The Trust welcomes the CQC inspection team from Monday 16 November 2015.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent health and adult social care regulator. Their job is to check whether hospitals, care homes, GPs, dentists and services in your home are meeting national standards.

The CQC look at the quality and safety of the care provided by the Trust based on the things that matter to people. They will assess whether our services are:

  • Safe
  • Effective
  • Caring
  • Responsive to people’s needs
  • Well-led.

CQC inspectors will talk to staff, patients and their carers. If you would like to share your experience of the Trust’s care you can give your feedback online
