The Trust gives notice that it will hold elections to the Assembly of Governors of the Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
Elections are to be held for the following positions:
13 Public Governors in the following constituencies:
- Public: Sandwell (1 vacancy)
- Public: Wolverhampton (6 Vacancies)
- Public: Dudley (4 vacancies)
- Public: Walsall (2 vacancies)
A nomination form to stand for election to these positions can be obtained from the Returning Officer at the address shown below.
All nomination papers should be received by the Returning Officer, Caroline Hinchcliffe, at the address as detailed below, by noon on Wednesday 22nd June 2011.

Faxed or emailed nominations will not be accepted.
Should any nominee wish to withdraw their nomination, they must put this in writing to the returning officer by 5pm on Monday 27th June 2011.
Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying members on Tuesday 12th July 2011. Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer by noon on Monday 1st August 2011.
