We provide services for the following groups of people:
- older adults
- children and young people, and their families
- people with learning disabilities and complex health needs
- people with drug and alcohol dependencies
- carers of people with mental health needs
All those using our services can expect high quality care and support. Our support is tailored – as far as is effective – to someone's individual needs. The kind of support will vary from person to person and from service to service. If you visit the area of our website called Our Services you will be able to find out about the kinds of services we have: who they’re for, how they support people, and how people are referred to the services.
For more in-depth information on how we work, click here and you’ll be able to read a selection of key documents. If you can’t find what you’re looking for there, we are happy to take Freedom of Information requests.
