Who is our service for?
Our service is for adults aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities and / or additional needs who require rehabilitation.
How do we help?
In the specialist units, patients receive support and treatment from skilled nurses and from therapists and other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team as required.
During their stay, changes to medication can take place in a safe and therapeutic environment. Health investigations may also be carried out during the planned care of the individual. The main aim of the service is to support the patients to return to their life in the community.
Who can refer into our service?
GPs and Consultant Psychiatrists with the involvement of the Integrated Learning Disabilities Community Teams.
How do you reach us?
Staff will be working on the wards, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
