Legally, a Foundation Trust must have a registered membership reflective of the communities it serves.
Members are in effect the lifeblood of our organisation. Only members can elect and be elected as Governors, and only members can be appointed as Non-Executive Directors of our Trust. Members will have an increasingly important role to play in shaping the future provision of our services.
We want as many people as possible to become members of our Trust. By law we are required to keep a minimum amount of information about our members. We will keep this information confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and will not share it with any other party.
To apply for membership, simply fill in the form below. If you have been introduced to the Trust by a member of staff, please let us know their name when you apply for membership.
If you'd like to find out more about what membership involves, visit our Being a Member page.
