Trust scoops Apprenticeship Employer of the Year Award

Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to announce that the organisation has won the ‘Small Apprenticeship Employer of the Year’ award at the Health Education West Midlands Apprenticeship Recognitions awards held on Friday 9th February.

The Trust, which currently employs 40 apprentices across clinical and administrative services, beat tough competition to win the judges over with its ongoing commitment to its successful apprenticeship programme.

Lynn Weston, Support Workforce Development Lead, said: “We are so pleased to have won this award for the second time since 2014. I would like express my thanks to all the hardworking teams for the tremendous support and direction they give apprentices.”

“We would also like to express congratulations to Black Country NHS Apprentice Academy for winning the Innovative Partnership Award and thank them for their valued partnership as we work together in renewing and strengthening our apprenticeship service in the future”.
